A Wonderful evening with Yann Martel

Lloydminster Reads was once again a wonderful evening for both the audience and the author. Thanks got out to Yann Martel who proved to be an entertaining guest, Denise Totman, who facilitated the discussion, and co-chairs Leslie-Anne Davidson and Denise, who put in a lot of work to make this event special.

Get an early start on this year's festival!

While we say our festival runs from June 18-24 there are a couple of things we have that you can do beforehand.

Wander at your leisure through galleries, businesses and public buildings to experience Lloydminster's exciting array of Visual Art. The ArtWalk features work produced by local and regional artists and artisans and includes a variety of styles and mediums.

To help you with your tour, download our handy map (requires pdf reader)

Our Fine Arts Show is now on at the Lloydminster Cultural & Science Centre. Stop by, check out the art and don't forget to vote for the People's Choice Award. The award will be presented at the Mayor's Celebration of the Arts on June 19 so you must do it before then.

See you at the Festival!
